Information we collect about users
4. We will log and record all logins to the site and store the information both in order to prevent fraud, and for reasons of functionality, to allow us to identify any technical problems.

5.1. When you register and use the site, we collect a small amount of information about you in your workplace for the purposes of identification and in order to help you use the services our website provides as successfully as possible. We store the information we collect in a database on a separate server from our website. Where appropriate, parts of that information are encrypted for extra security. However, perfect security on the Internet can never be guaranteed: by using our website, you actively choose to provide information to us at various times and for various purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

5.2. We also collect and store all information relating to any enquiries to Advertisers you may make via the site mechanism. Most of this information will be easily available to you via your My Account page, although records may be archived off-site after a period of time. You may also choose to add data about yourself to improve your use of the site as new site functions become available. Adding data in this way is optional and will be under your full control: you will be able to edit or remove the information at any time from your Account page. We stipulate that any information you do provide about yourself and your interactions with any organizations advertising on the website(s) must be truthful at all times.

6.1. When you register and use the site we will collect information about you and your organisation for administrative purposes and to ensure your Advertisements are displayed on the correct section of the website(s). Any information about yourself or colleagues eg name and contact information that will be visible on the public side of the site will be clearly identified in advance. We will also record and store information on logins, purchases of advertisement and other packages or services via the site for administrative purposes. We will not pass on your details, or any details of your transactions with Online Resources Pages Ltd, unless required to do so by law, or unless you opt into any of our programmes relating to your use of the website(s) where passing on your details may be part of the programme.

7. All Users: You may also choose to leave comments, using your username, on the public side of the site, as contributions to forums and other online debates or chats. These will be archived and comments you have used may be used for marketing purposes. You are responsible for the information you choose to communicate via the public side of the site.

Use of Email Tools
20. You may not use the Email Page to a Friend service to send spam or any other content that would violate our Terms and Conditions. We do not permanently store either the message or the email address sent using any of these tools, and we do not use the email address for anything other than to send that particular email. We do not store, rent, sell or exchange those email addresses. You are solely responsible for the content of any email you may send in this way, and the views expressed within it are entirely your own responsibility.

Changes to this Policy.
21. Any changes to this policy will be announced 30 days before coming into operation, and will be displayed on our website. They will be emailed to you if you have selected this service on your My Account page.
